The Renaissance at Penn Hall is one area where residential apartments are offered and is a beautifully restored landmark building, offering fifty-one residential apartments and a full service fitness center.

These residential apartments are comfortable for one or two persons and allow for use of personal furnishings in a private apartment setting. The apartments are located in the community buildings just footsteps away from services and amenities. The package plan of laundry, housekeeping, and one meal per day enable residents to continue their own individual lifestyle. Transportation can be arranged for a minimal fee.

Parking is provided at both the front and rear entrances of the buildings. Since residents are living within our community buildings they are able to partake of all the social and recreational opportunities and amenities that our community centers offer.
