At Menno Haven, care is what we do every day. As a continuing care retirement community, we offer personal care and five-star certified skilled nursing care. Our dementia/alzheimer’s area provides services to those needing memory support and our home care lends aid to those who remain in their own home. If daily care is necessary, we provide adult day care services as well as helping those who need rehabilitation after surgery, falls, or other ailments through our various therapies.
